Question 1

Are these leads really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every trade page shows this week's permits for that trade, free, no signup. Your first emailed list with full addresses is free too. After that it's $99/month.

Question 2

Where do the leads come from?

Accepted Answer

Public building permits from Miami-Dade County and the City of Miami. A new permit means a property owner is about to spend money, and we match each one to the trade that comes next.

Question 3

Are these shared leads?

Accepted Answer

Permits are public record, so any company could find them. The edge is speed: you see them sorted for your trade, by ZIP code, the morning they post.
